Kev

1965. liverpool. The Merseybeat is booming. The teenage generation is having its time. Caught up in the whirlwind that is the swinging 60's, destined to be swept into a bright and vivid chasm. A future that holds endless possibilities. The 70's fly by, flower power and the VW bus lifting them higher, and higher into the stratosphere. Offering more. Promising more.

Not everyone gets swept away though. Some miss that VW bus. The music and teenage dreams vanishing into the past. 1985. Kev is 36. A child of the 50's. He missed the bus. The promises evading him. The future catching up to him.

Spending all his time up a ladder, looking through the windows, watching everybody else. No, no, he's not a pervert our Kev, he's a window cleaner. The kind with a rickety ladder and a dented bucket. Not so much happy go lucky but happy no lucky. He's the quiet and content type, chin up and keep on climbing no matter how many times you fall. Does he have the bottle to get what he wants? Can he bring his 60's back around? Can he climb that ladder all the way to the top? He's Kev and he's a window cleaner.
